Fair Use Policy

Registration Requirements

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
456vd is required to verify the identity of all users before processing withdrawals and when triggered by internal risk monitoring. Deposits & Withdrawals

By initiating any financial transaction on the platform, you confirm that the funds being deposited belong to you and are not derived from any criminal, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful activity.
Deposit Conditions
The following conditions apply to all deposits made on the 456vd platform:
- Minimum deposit amounts are displayed within the 456vd account dashboard and are subject to change. Current minimums apply at the time of any individual transaction.
- Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a different person — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds.
- 456vd does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard) may apply their own transaction charges. These charges are outside 456vd's control.

Withdrawal Conditions
The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests submitted on the 456vd platform:
- Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits unless 456vd specifically approves an alternative method following a KYC review.
- All outstanding bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal request can be approved. Withdrawal requests submitted with unsatisfied rollover conditions will be held in a pending state until the conditions are met.
- For verified accounts, bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Processing times may extend during periods of high volume or for accounts requiring additional review.
- 456vd reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 456vd may request additional documentation before releasing funds.
Bonuses & Promotions
456vd offers a variety of bonus promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time they are offered, as well as the general bonus conditions set out below. By accepting any bonus, you agree to be bound by both the general and specific bonus terms.
- Bonuses are available to one account per eligible user. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms.
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the specific bonus terms at the time of offer.
- 456vd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Players will be notified where this affects an in-progress bonus.
- Bonuses credited in error must be returned to 456vd. Use of a bonus credited in error does not create a right to retain any resulting winnings.
- 456vd reserves the right to apply maximum bet restrictions during active bonus play. Bets placed in excess of the stated maximum during bonus play may be voided and associated winnings forfeited.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 456vd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users, including automated betting, data scraping, or account creation.
- Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account, whether under your own identity or a false identity, for the purpose of circumventing deposit limits, claiming multiple bonuses, or any other reason.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity, structuring deposits to avoid detection, or using the platform as a conduit to move illicit funds.
- Colluding with other players to fix match outcomes, share hole cards, or otherwise manipulate the results of any game or sporting event offered on 456vd.
- Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform software to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not legitimate and will be voided.

Intellectual Property
All content on the 456vd platform — including but not limited to the brand name 456vd, the site logo, all text, graphics, user interface designs, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the exclusive property of 456vd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from 456vd without the prior written consent of 456vd. It is your responsibility to check these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the 456vd platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request withdrawal of your remaining balance.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 456vd operates as a global online platform and makes no representation that its services are legal or available in every jurisdiction.
